This project explored fitness and wellness trends using smart device data from Fitbit users. The analysis focused on activity levels, sleep patterns, and daily habits to identify behavioural insights that could support healthier lifestyles. Using data analysis techniques, the project aimed to generate recommendations for Bellabeat , helping the company better understand user behaviour and create more personalised health-focused experiences for women.
